Who we are

Sustainability expertise, close to the ground

ClimateRoot is a sustainability consultancy helping corporations and non-profits navigate climate reporting, strategy and communication. We translate complex climate challenges into clear, scalable solutions that connect environmental goals with business realities.

We are headquartered in Dubai and grounded in the realities of the region, while drawing on international experience across Asia, Europe and the Middle East. That combination lets us pair global best practice with a genuine understanding of the local context our clients operate in.

As a boutique practice, we keep senior attention on every engagement. Clients work directly with experienced consultants rather than being passed down a chain, whether the task is a greenhouse gas inventory, a circular economy assessment, a training programme or a policy brief.

Swati Mandloi, Founder and Lead Consultant

Swati Mandloi

Swati is a sustainability and climate finance professional with more than nine years of experience across Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. Her work spans corporate partnerships, government engagement, policy advocacy and sustainability reporting.

Before founding ClimateRoot, she led major corporate climate partnerships at WWF-UK and headed the Net Zero Programme at WWF-Singapore, advising government entities on corporate climate targets. Most recently she served as Head of Sustainability at a Dubai-based sustainability technology company, where she led greenhouse gas inventory and ESG reporting work for regional clients.

She holds an MSc in Environmental Management with distinction from the National University of Singapore. She is an ISO 14064 Lead Verifier and Lead Validator, and holds GRI and LBG certifications. She has taken part in three United Nations climate summits, in Katowice, Glasgow and Sharm El-Sheikh, contributing to international negotiation processes along the way.
